How we work

A clear process. A useful outcome.

Make the goal, scope and responsibilities clear before adding more technology.

  1. 01

    Discover the real need

Start with the business task you want to improve: more inquiries, more support capacity or less repetitive work. You don’t need a website to begin.

We review the current process, people, tools and where work slows down. Bring examples, common customer questions and any numbers on volume, time or quality, with personal information removed.

Identify the real need and a baseline before choosing a service or adding AI.

  2. 02

    Scope the first step

Agree what the first engagement includes and excludes, who provides information and who approves work. The scope names deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities, costs and acceptance measures.

Growth work connects a website, campaign or content plan to an inquiry route. Outsourcing defines tasks, hours, access and escalation. An AI pilot picks one bounded workflow with a review owner.

Confirm scope, checkpoints and the decision-maker. Changes are discussed before they happen.

  3. 03

    Build and review

Work happens in reviewable stages. You see drafts, page previews, task instructions or workflow demos at agreed checkpoints.

Your team checks facts, voice, priorities and fit. We check the work against requirements. AI-assisted output always gets human review; complaints, exceptions and consequential decisions go to the responsible person.

Capture clear feedback, record decisions and fix issues before extending the work.

  4. 04

    Verify and hand over

Test the complete journey before acceptance: the inquiry route on a website, task assignment and escalation in support, inputs, permissions and a manual fallback in a workflow.

Handover explains what was delivered, how your team uses it and who owns day-to-day operation. Ongoing support is agreed separately.

A preview or a good demo isn’t proof. Compare results with the agreed measures.

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

Use measures that fit the work: inquiry quality for growth, turnaround and accuracy for outsourcing, and processing time, review effort, errors and total cost for a workflow pilot.

Keep human review where it adds value, fix unclear instructions and remove bottlenecks before adding tools or volume.

Expand what works, adjust what doesn’t, and stop a pilot that doesn’t justify its cost.
