Qualifications and Requirements:
Education and Experience
Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Prior internship experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Post job openings on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and proactively search for passive candidates.
- Screening and Coordination: Conduct initial resume screenings against job descriptions and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates on their status and ensuring a professional, welcoming atmosphere during interviews.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update the ATS, prepare offer letters, and conduct background or reference checks.
- Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure all tools/access are ready for Day 1.
- Employer Branding: Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring initiatives to improve the company’s market presence.
